Our local Kuwait Chapter was formed in 1998 by Mr. Hamad Al-Sumait owner and founder of Kuwait HD along with a few of his colleagues, soon after, Kuwait Chapter in 2000 formed a full committee with its locally elected director (2002-2003) Mr. Hussain Salmeen and (2004-2006) Mr. Bader Al-Sumait along with our long time favorite Road Captain Mr. Aref Al-Kanadari.

The chapter has since held annual elections each September and has over 160 members.
